Candlelight Lessons and Carols (Thursday, December 5th)
This year we are combining the beautiful choral and instrumental music of the Candlelight Concert with the glorious liturgy of Advent Lessons and Carols. The Christchurch Chancel Choir will be joined by Madrigal Voices of Montgomery, Montgomery Brassworks, MSO Conductor Tom Hinds, and MSO string fellows for an evening of scripture and music foretelling the coming of Christ as we begin the Advent season. The service will be followed by a ticketed reception to raise money for the pipe organ fund. The service will be held on Thursday, December 5 at 6:30pm.
